The three-story, 100,000 square-foot Hunstman Basketball Center is the home training facility for the University of Utah’s men's and women’s basketball teams. With multiple team members leaving the project during design and permitting, roles shifted from designer to BIM Manager to Project Manager. Multiple bid packages and permit drawing sets were produced for the city of Salt Lake while BIM models and overall design were coordinated with local Salt Lake Architects and Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Civil consultants.
