Design Proposal

The design aims to create three multi-functional market spaces in the Za'atari Refugee Camp. Each space can be utilized for refugee businesses as well as personal needs. The three spaces are; a wood and metal workshop, a sewing workshop and an herbal garden. The markets are made up of modules which contain two work units and a storage space. The module concept is rooted in the idea of flexibility, giving the users control of how to layout the markets.
